I have a long history in the world of Arts & Culture, working as and with, many senior executives. I understand the field and the requirements needed for such positions as only an insider can.
In addition to focusing on Talent Planning and Resourcing, I am the Deputy Executive Director at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester. Prior to this I was the Executive Director at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, one of the most diverse theatres in the country, with a proud history of audience and workforce development, as well as engagement with the local community.
I am an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
I work with Boards and CEO's to recruit Trustees and Senior Management Executives. My previous roles within theatre included human resources responsibilities, as well as Trustee and staff engagement.
Using that experience, I work with my clients to effectively plan their recruitments and secure the talent needed by providing a bespoke recruitment service. My knowledge of the sector and management experience ensures my clients find talented individuals who will be a great fit for both the role and the whole organisation.
