I offer a bespoke recruitment service to clients in the Arts and Cultural sector. Using my years of experience in the sector, I help find the best people to fill the important senior level positions they need. I work with my clients throughout the entire recruitment process, helping them to select the best possible candidate for the role.
Sharing your opportunity
The first step is to find the best applicants. I assist with fine tuning job descriptions and applicant information packs, sharing the opportunity and actively approaching potential candidates to maximise the high-level talent that my clients seek.
Refine the selection
Once applicants have applied, I advise and assist with creating long and shortlists of potential talent, giving the client a range of candidates who fit their criteria.
Interview process
I provide full support throughout the interview process, working with the client to create insightful questions for their interviews, scheduling interviews and briefing appointment panels, facilitating interviews and the decision making process.
Making the final call
Once the interviews are complete I facilitate my client’s process in assessing and selecting their preferred candidate for the role. I also offer post-selection services helping my clients to streamline the recruitment process, negotiate contracts and ensure everything runs smoothly.
